Prodigy Promos Featured on Apparelist’s #RoadToPRINTINGUnited Tour

If you’re part of the apparel decorating industry, you’re already familiar with Apparelist. For those of you who aren’t, Apparelist is a publication that serves as a community and voice of support for our industry. They not only speak about all the trends and important events in the space, but they also offer trusted and reliable information and resources that all businesses can turn to for guidance.

Recently, a lot of their coverage was focused on one of the biggest and most dynamic events in the world: the PRINTING United Expo, which took place in Las Vegas on October 19th through the 21st. This event is always notable, but it was even more memorable this year because it’s been so long since the industry was able to come together like this. Some of the keynote speakers included the likes of Benny Landa, Andy Paparozzi, and Joe Pulizzi.

In the weeks leading up to this expo, Apparelist visited a number of printing companies as part of their #RoadToPRINTINGUnited tour, and we were one of the companies on their list.

We got to meet two members of their team, Cassie Green and Allee Bruce, who are both editors at Apparelist. It was fun getting to talk with them as we gave them a tour of our facility. It was such a great experience for everyone on the team!

They did a write up about us on their website alongside other great companies like Raspberry Creek Fabrics, YBA Shirts, Wilkinsons, and more. You can read their article in full here, but here is their excerpt about us:

“If ever there was a shop that demonstrated organization, it is Prodigy Promos. The company specializes in branding for uniforms, merchandise, awards, onboarding kits, gifts, giveaways, T-shirts, and beyond. We were lucky enough to meet several team members, with John Priday — VP of sourcing and sales — giving us the official tour.

Like most decorators, the company has gone through change, particularly in the last few years. For Prodigy, one change was moving into a different warehouse space about a year and a half ago.

While a big move can sometimes be a point of chaotic frustration, Prodigy took advantage of the situation and set up its production area to exact desires. From the screen room all the way to packaging, the circular organization of the screen-printing production space is so precise, it seems that anyone could step in and run a job. And while it’s a smaller part of the business, Prodigy also offers in-house embroidery.

That dedication to cleanliness and organization carries over into its other space, where the sales, accounting, and art teams are housed. From the moment you walk in the front door, it’s a welcoming environment that screams professionalism.”

They also featured us on their Instagram profile as well. If you’d like to click through some of the photos from their tour of our warehouse, be sure to check it out. You get to see some pictures of our facility and some of our crew hard at work doing what they do best.

Apparelist is such a unique publication in the apparel decorating space, and we can’t recommend them enough.

Thank you for making Prodigy Promos part of your #RoadToPRINTINGUnited tour!
